Shipping and Delivery

If you are in the Winnipeg Area , same day delivery can be arranged. Just contact tapehairco@outlook.com. 

If the hair is in stock it will ship out with in 1-2 business days. If not, it will take a processing time of 2 weeks. 

Once your order has been successfully placed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number - this is your receipt of purchase.

IMPORTANT, If your order has already been processed you CANNOT change or cancel your order. You may only change or request a refund once it has been delivered to you - we will advise you of the steps via email: tapehairco@outlook.com

Once shipped, you will receive a second email with your shipping confirmation and a tracking number (see below for shipping details).
